Legal
Terms of use
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms on which we do work — each venture contracts separately, under its own engagement terms.
1. Who runs this site
This site is operated by Applied AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17192679, registered office Eastwood, 29 Breach Lane, Leicester LE9 7FB.
2. What this site is
Applied AI is the operating brand for a portfolio of ventures. This site describes them and points you at the right one. The ventures are trading names of the same company, not separate legal entities, unless a page says otherwise.
3. Engagements are contracted separately
Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Work is carried out under the engagement terms of the relevant venture — TechNED, AI Catalyst or Applied Connected Technology — and under a written proposal or engagement letter agreed with you.
4. Accuracy
We keep the information here current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but it is provided for general information. Descriptions of products in development may change, and a venture listed here may not yet be available. Do not rely on this site alone when making a decision; ask us.
5. Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to us, except where third-party names or marks are used to identify their owners. You may read, share and quote from it with attribution; you may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.
6. Links out
Where we link to other sites, including our own ventures, we are not responsible for their content or their terms. Check the terms and privacy notice of whichever site you end up on.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Data protection
Our privacy notice explains what we collect and why, and the cookie policy covers what is stored in your browser.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
